How to use this resource?

Prerequisites

  • Airtable with Creator / Owner permissions, a plan with Run a script and automation quota.

  • An assistant connected to Airtable MCP: connection guide.

  • A Resend account and a verified sending domain, with access to DNS settings and API keys.

  • A test base, your own email address and a deliverable already shared through an HTTPS link.

Prepare the installation

Extract the ZIP received by email. Follow the PDF guide to verify your Resend domain and prepare a sending key.

In your assistant connected to Airtable, attach automation.js and client-deliverable.html, then paste all of installation-prompt.txt. Choose an existing or new base and approve the proposed mapping.

Keep your API key in the Airtable secret; do not paste it into your assistant.

Personalize your email

Keep the neutral template or provide your website for a proposed adaptation to your brand, if the assistant can read it.

Import the chosen template into Resend, publish it and give its ID or alias to your assistant. Complete the secret and Send deliverable button settings by following the PDF guide.

Installation prepares a draft: you control when the automation is enabled.

Test your first send

In the test base, use your own email address and an accessible link. Follow the guide to check preparation, then authorize the first send.

Check inbox receipt, access to the deliverable and the send record in Airtable. Once the send is accepted, request the same deliverable again: no new email should be sent.

If the status is "Needs checking", check the send in Resend before trying again.
