How to use this resource?
Prerequisites
Airtable, with permission to edit the base, interfaces and automations, and available automation runs.
An assistant connected to Airtable MCP: connection guide.
A test base; hours and AI costs in euros are entered manually.

Install the model
Extract the ZIP and paste all of installation-prompt.txt into your assistant connected to Airtable.
Choose an existing or new base, specify your conversion rates and review the proposed additions. An optional synthetic demo is available for a new base.
Start in a test base and preserve your history.

Finish the setup
Open the links supplied by your assistant and follow the PDF guide: one client per pack or deliverable, credits displayed with two decimals, and data entry and record creation in the interface.
Review the automation, publish the interface for your team and enable rate freezing.
The model stays internal to your agency.

Check your first deduction
With a test client at 10 credits/hour and 1 credit/euro of AI cost, record a 100-credit pack. A deliverable with 2 hours and EUR 5 AI cost, set to Completed, should use 25 credits and leave 75.
Change that same deliverable to 1.50 hours: usage becomes 20 credits, leaving 80.
Wait for Recorded before using the balance.
