How to use this resource?

Prerequisites

  • An active Attio workspace, with access to the relevant deals and tasks. Corrections also require task write permissions.

  • An assistant connected to Attio. Follow the official connection documentation if needed.

  • Tasks directly linked to deals: company or contact tasks are not automatically attributed to their opportunities.

1

Run your review

Extract the ZIP received by email, then paste the entire deal-review-prompt.txt into your assistant connected to Attio.

Provide the requested pipeline, owners, active stages and timezone. The assistant starts by reading data.

The PDF guide covers connection and your first check. No script or workflow to install.

2

Find gaps in follow-up

Review deals with no open task, tasks without dates and overdue tasks. The table shows findings and proposed actions.

A task due today is not overdue. An incomplete read remains not verifiable, without assuming tasks are absent.

The review uses tasks directly linked to the deal. A future task does not clear an older overdue task.

3

Approve useful corrections

Choose a task to create or a deadline to adjust, with a precise action, owner and date. Approve the proposed batch before writing.

Check the task in Attio, then run the review again to verify the result.

Start with fictional deals in a test environment. The resource prepares follow-up; it does not email the prospect.
