Attio Pricing 2026: Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise Plans
Attio offers four plans in 2026: Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. The free plan allows up to three people to use the CRM, while the paid offers start at €39 per user per month, or €31 with annual billing. The Pro plan costs €93 per user per month, or €74 with an annual commitment. But the license price is not the only factor to consider: depending on the plan, Attio also limits the number of users, objects, records, reports, and available credits, as well as access to email sequences, advanced permissions, and security features. Here are the elements to compare to estimate the true cost of Attio for your team.

How much does Attio cost in 2026 ?
Here are the prices displayed by Attio for billing in euros:
Plan | Monthly billing | Annual commitment | Number of users |
|---|---|---|---|
Free | 0 € | 0 € | Up to 3 |
Plus | 39 €/user/month | 31 €/user/month | Up to 10 |
Pro | 93 €/user/month | 74 €/user/month | Unlimited |
Enterprise | On quote | Annual billing | Unlimited |
Annual billing allows you to save 20% compared to monthly payment. The annual amount is paid in advance, even if Attio displays it as a monthly equivalent.
Attio bills each workspace based on the number of seats purchased. A seat can be occupied by an active member or reserved for a pending invitation.
All members of the same workspace must also use the same plan. It is therefore not possible to have five users on Plus and two users on Pro in a single space.

Permissions | None | Basic | Advanced | Advanced |
SSO and SCIM | No | No | No | Yes |
Workflows are available on all plans. It is mainly the available credits, accessible blocks, and governance options that will determine how far you can push your automations.
Email sequences and custom objects start with the Pro plan. SSO and user provisioning with SCIM are reserved for Enterprise.
The choice of plan therefore depends less on the size of the company than on the data model, automations, and access rights it requires.
Attio's free plan: enough to get started?
The Free plan is a genuine entry point into Attio, and not just a time-limited trial.
It notably includes:
email and calendar synchronization;
management of companies and people;
customizable lists and views;
automatic enrichment of certain data;
workflows;
access to the API and webhooks;
up to 50,000 records;
three reports;
250 workspace credits per month.
For a freelancer, a duo of founders, or a very small sales team, this scope may be sufficient to build a first CRM and test Attio with real data.
The main limitation: three objects
In Attio, different categories of data are organized around objects.
A company, a person, and a sales opportunity belong, for example, to three different objects.
The Free plan allows a total of three objects. In a classic CRM configuration, the Companies, People, and Deals objects therefore already take up all the available slots.
This structure is sufficient to manage a simple sales pipeline. However, it becomes restrictive if you also want to track subscriptions, partners, contracts, recruitments, or other elements specific to your activity.
Custom objects are reserved for Pro and Enterprise plans.
Limited permissions
The free plan does not allow precise management of access rights.
It is therefore mostly suited for a small team where all members can view and modify the same information.
This limit becomes more problematic when several teams use the CRM, when sales reps should only see their own accounts, or when certain data must remain accessible only to managers.
Limits on emails, reports, and credits
Each user can send up to 200 emails per month from Attio on the Free plan.
The plan is also limited to three reports and 250 monthly workspace credits. These credits are notably consumed by certain automations and artificial intelligence features.
The first bottleneck will therefore often come from the number of objects, permissions, or credits rather than the 50,000 record limit.
Who is the Free plan suitable for?
The free plan is suitable for:
testing Attio before a migration;
structuring a simple pipeline;
working with a maximum of three people;
validating a data model;
starting with few automations.
It serves as a good testing environment before choosing a paid plan and launching a full migration.
The Plus plan: for a small sales team
The Plus plan costs:
39 € per user per month with monthly billing;
31 € per user per month with annual billing.
It is limited to ten users.
This plan significantly increases the main limits of the free plan:
five objects;
250,000 records;
fifteen reports;
1,500 workspace credits per month;
500 personal credits per user;
1,000 monthly email sends per user;
basic permissions;
private lists and additional collaboration features.
The Plus plan is well suited for a team that wants to use Attio as its primary CRM without building a particularly complex data model.
Five objects, but no custom objects
The five available objects correspond to the standard objects offered by Attio.
You can therefore structure your CRM around companies, people, opportunities, and other native objects, but you cannot yet freely create your own data categories.
This distinction is important. A company may have only four or five users and still need Pro if its activity requires objects such as:
Subscriptions;
Contracts;
Partners;
Investments;
Portfolios;
Renewals.
The number of team members is therefore not enough to determine the plan.
Permissions are still basic
Plus allows better control of access to objects, lists, and other workspace elements than the free plan.
However, the settings remain global. Access management by team or by member is reserved for Pro and Enterprise plans.
Plus can therefore become limited if:
sales reps must only see their own accounts;
multiple teams use the same CRM;
certain data must remain confidential;
managers need different rights than other users.
Who is the Plus plan suitable for?
The Plus plan is generally relevant when:
the team has ten people or fewer;
the Companies, People, and Deals model covers most of the needs;
access rights can remain simple;
email sequences are not essential;
the volume of workflows and AI remains moderate.
It offers a good compromise for a classic sales CRM, but it does not yet allow for deep adaptation of Attio to the company's workflows.
The Pro plan: customize and automate your CRM
The Pro plan costs:
93 € per user per month with monthly billing;
74 € per user per month with annual billing.
The number of users is unlimited.
The gap with Plus is significant. For five users, Pro costs 370 € per month on an annual plan, compared to 155 € for Plus.
This plan should therefore be chosen to meet specific needs, and not simply because it appears as the recommended offer by Attio.
Custom objects
Pro allows up to twelve objects and enables the creation of custom objects.
A company can thus model elements specific to its activity in Attio:
subscriptions;
contracts;
partners;
investors;
renewals;
recruitments;
portfolios;
onboarding projects.
This capability allows you to go beyond a simple deal pipeline and structure more specific sales processes.
Objects can be linked together to represent relationships between companies, people, opportunities, and other CRM data.
Email sequences
Sequences are accessible on Pro and Enterprise.
They allow for the automation of personalized email series for:
prospecting;
sales follow-ups;
follow-ups after a demo;
account reactivation;
contract renewals;
certain onboarding steps.
They can replace some of the uses of a prospecting tool, but Attio is not necessarily intended for very high-volume campaigns.
It is therefore important to compare features with those of a specialized solution before removing an existing tool.
Advanced permissions
Pro allows you to define access levels at the scale of:
the workspace;
a team;
a user.
This granularity becomes useful when multiple departments work in Attio: sales reps, managers, Customer Success, partnerships, or executive leadership.
It allows, for example, giving full access to sales managers while limiting the rights of certain team members on sensitive data.
The Pro plan also allows creating up to ten teams. Enterprise removes this limit.
More reporting, emails, and credits
Pro includes up to 100 reports, two synced email accounts per user, and a monthly sending volume announced as unlimited by Attio.
It also includes 10,000 workspace credits per month, compared to 1,500 for Plus.
This difference can be decisive if workflows, AI features, or Ask Attio are used frequently.
Who is the Pro plan suitable for?
Pro becomes relevant when you need:
more than ten users;
custom objects;
email sequences;
different rights by team or by member;
more advanced reporting;
multiple synced email accounts;
a significant volume of automations or AI features.
A team of five people might therefore need Pro, while a team of ten people using a standard pipeline can stay on Plus.
The Enterprise plan: security and governance
The Enterprise plan is offered on quote and billed annually.
It includes the features of the Pro plan and notably adds:
an unlimited number of objects;
an unlimited number of teams;
custom record and credit volumes;
three or more synced email accounts per user;
additional administration controls;
SSO;
user provisioning with SCIM;
reinforced control of exports and recipients;
tailored support for more complex organizations.
Enterprise should therefore not be chosen solely based on the number of team members.
It primarily meets security, governance, identity management, and contracting requirements.
A large team can sometimes operate on Pro. Conversely, a smaller structure might need Enterprise if its IT department requires SSO or SCIM.
How do Attio credits work?
The cost of Attio is not always limited to the number of users multiplied by the plan price.
Attio distinguishes between two categories of credits.
Personal credits
Each user receives personal credits used with priority by Ask Attio:
100 per month on Free;
500 on Plus;
1,000 on Pro;
2,500 on Enterprise.
When these credits are exhausted, Ask Attio can use the shared workspace credits, unless an administrator disables this option.
Workspace credits
Workspace credits are shared among members and can be consumed by workflows, certain artificial intelligence features, and Ask Attio.
The included volumes are:
250 credits per month on Free;
1,500 on Plus;
10,000 on Pro;
a custom volume on Enterprise.
Attio also offers additional credit packs on paid plans.
For example, 5,000 additional credits currently cost:
85 € per month with monthly billing;
70 € per month with an annual commitment.
Larger packs reduce the unit cost but can add several hundred euros to the monthly budget.
Before choosing a plan, it is therefore best to identify the planned automations, their execution frequency, and the AI features that will actually be used.
A team with few users but many workflows may consume more credits than a larger sales team using Attio mostly manually.
How much does Attio cost depending on team size?
Here are some budget examples, excluding taxes and additional credits:
Users | Plus - Monthly | Plus - Annual | Pro - Monthly | Pro - Annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
3 | 117 €/month | 93 €/month | 279 €/month | 222 €/month |
5 | 195 €/month | 155 €/month | 465 €/month | 370 €/month |
10 | 390 €/month | 310 €/month | 930 €/month | 740 €/month |
20 | Not available | Not available | 1,860 €/month | 1,480 €/month |
The amounts in the annual column correspond to a monthly equivalent but are billed on an annual basis.
For five users, switching from Plus to Pro represents an additional 2,580 € per year.
For ten users, the gap reaches 5,160 € per year.
The question is therefore not which plan offers the most features, but whether custom objects, sequences, advanced permissions, and additional credits actually justify this difference.
Monthly or annual: which option to choose?
The annual commitment reduces the price by 20%.
For one user, the savings reach:
96 € per year on Plus;
228 € per year on Pro.
For ten users on Pro, the difference represents 2,280 € per year.
Starting directly on an annual plan can be relevant when:
the needs have already been defined;
the team has tested Attio;
the data model has been validated;
the chosen plan clearly matches the processes;
the headcount is relatively stable.
Otherwise, it is often preferable to build a prototype on Free or start on a monthly plan.
This phase allows validating the data model, automations, and adoption before committing for twelve months.
A 20% discount on a poorly configured or underused CRM is still a bad saving.
Attio discount for startups
Attio offers a program reserved for startups funded by venture capital.
Eligible companies can benefit from:
80% discount on the annual Pro plan and credits during the first year;
30% discount during the second year;
dedicated onboarding support;
various benefits offered by partners.
For example, the annual Pro plan for five users normally costs 4,440 € per year.
An 80% discount would theoretically bring this amount down to 888 € the first year, excluding taxes and any specific conditions.
This offer can make Pro very accessible at launch. However, you must anticipate the gradual return to the normal rate.
The CRM must remain aligned with the company's budget after the promotional period, and not just during the first year.
The license price is not the real cost of the CRM
The budget for an Attio project is not limited to the subscription.
You must also take into account:
scoping the sales processes;
data cleaning and migration;
designing the data model;
configuring the pipelines;
permissions;
automations;
integrations with other tools;
user training;
documentation;
maintenance.
A CRM migration is not just about importing a CSV file.
Copying the structure of an old tool without thinking can move the same problems into Attio: duplicates, useless fields, poorly defined stages, and unreliable reporting.
The cheapest plan is also not always the most economical.
Staying on Plus may seem advantageous, but losing many hours in manual tasks or multiplying external tools can cost more than upgrading to Pro.
Conversely, choosing Pro when the team only uses Companies, People, and Deals means paying for features that create no value.
The right choice starts with processes, not just the pricing matrix.
Which Attio plan to choose?
Choose Free to test Attio, build a simple pipeline, and work with a maximum of three people.
Choose Plus if your team has ten people or fewer, if standard objects are sufficient, and if you do not need sequences or advanced permissions.
Choose Pro if you need to create custom objects, manage access by team, use sequences, or automate a large part of your processes.
Choose Enterprise if your main constraints concern SSO, SCIM, governance, security, or custom volumes.
In all cases, avoid choosing solely based on headcount.
A small team can have a complex data model, while a larger organization may use a very standard pipeline.
