Do you know how to transform scattered business processes into a clear CRM, actionable data, and automations that are actually adopted by teams?

HyperOps is looking for experts capable of understanding how a company's sales operations work, structuring its RevOps system, and translating it concretely into Attio, from the very first workshop to deployment.

Your role at HyperOps

You will act as an Attio & RevOps consultant-builder for our clients: the person who understands, advises, and challenges the client is also the one who structures and deploys the solution.

Depending on the missions, you may:

  • lead the design and implementation of an Attio CRM from end to end

  • support a team that is building or evolving its own system

  • audit an existing CRM, data architecture, or sales process

  • prepare and execute a migration to Attio

  • intervene on an ad hoc basis on complex data, automation, or sales management issues

Attio may be the core of the mission or integrate into a larger ecosystem bringing together prospecting, marketing, sales, delivery, and customer relationship tools.

We are not looking for a consultant who stops at recommendations, nor an integrator who configures a CRM without questioning how the business operates. We expect you to understand the business challenges, propose the right trade-offs, and build a truly usable system.

On implementation projects, the objectives, business scope, and main deliverables are defined before your intervention. You then dive deeper into the processes with the client, organize priorities, and gradually deploy the solution with the future users.

The missions you will be able to work on

HyperOps projects mainly concern the structuring of sales and operations related to the customer cycle:

  • design or redesign of Attio CRM

  • structuring of objects, relations, attributes, lists, and views

  • creation of sales pipelines and account follow-up processes

  • definition of qualification stages, transition rules, and responsibilities

  • setup of lead scoring, routing, and assignment rules

  • automation of tasks, reminders, notifications, and status changes

  • creation of dashboards, sales indicators, and forecasting systems

  • improvement of data quality, consistency, and utilization

  • connection of Attio to other tools in the sales stack

  • migration from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or existing files

  • documentation, training, and adoption support

Depending on the needs, missions can concern sales, marketing, Customer Success, operations, or management teams.

When the project requires other skills, you can collaborate with our Airtable experts, our Automation & AI specialists, or our Head of Design.

What you will do in practice

Depending on your role in the project, you may be required to:

  • facilitate workshops directly with leaders and teams

  • understand existing practices and identify friction points

  • simplify processes before trying to automate them

  • define steps, statuses, management rules, and responsibilities

  • design the data model and the relationships between objects

  • configure lists, views, pages, pipelines, and permissions

  • prepare, clean, deduplicate, and migrate existing data

  • build the necessary workflows and integrations

  • structure lead qualification, scoring, and routing

  • create reports required for monitoring and forecasting

  • regularly present usable versions

  • gather feedback and progressively evolve the system

  • document processes and architectural choices

  • train users and the internal point of contact

  • support deployment and ensure the planned corrective follow-up

You must be as comfortable discussing a sales process as you are translating it concretely into Attio.

The profile we are looking for

You have already led at least three CRM or RevOps projects used in production by real teams, including at least one Attio implementation and one project managed end-to-end: understanding the needs, architecture, configuration, deployment, documentation, and training.

You have already worked directly with executives, sales managers, marketing teams, Sales Ops, or operational users.

You are able to understand an existing process, distinguish a real need from a feature request, and recommend a solution adapted to the company's level of maturity.

You also know how to identify situations where Attio is not the most relevant solution or should only represent a part of the system.

Training and Achievements

The completion of the Attio Academy, participation in the Attio community, or additional training in CRM and RevOps are appreciated, but they are not mandatory.

We place more importance on the quality of your achievements, your reasoning, and your ability to explain your decisions.

You can present your experiences in a form compatible with your confidentiality commitments: anonymized screenshots, demonstration, video, architecture diagram, case study, or demonstration environment.

Skills that are a plus

  • experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, or Revenue Operations

  • mastery of Make, n8n, and APIs

  • experience with Clay, lemlist, Apollo, or other GTM tools

  • good knowledge of HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

  • experience with CRM data migration and consolidation

  • mastery of SQL, BI tools, or data modeling

  • experience in change management, training, or Sales Enablement

  • a good understanding of AI uses applied to sales and operations

  • the ability to produce educational content or share your expertise

We are not looking for a profile capable of mastering the entire GTM stack. We are primarily looking for an excellent Attio and RevOps expert, capable of identifying when a complementary skill needs to be deployed.

Why join HyperOps?

HyperOps handles the acquisition, qualification of opportunities, and the contractual framework of missions. This allows you to devote more time to your expertise and the success of projects.

You work directly with clients, without multiplying intermediaries between understanding the need, recommendations, and execution. You can intervene in projects that simultaneously require an understanding of business processes, a true CRM architecture, and an ability to concretely build the solution.

You also join a team of specialists with whom you can collaborate, share your practices, and challenge certain functional or technical decisions. Optional exchange sessions are regularly offered among experts to discuss issues encountered on projects and collectively improve the quality of deliverables.

A collaboration tailored to your activity

You maintain your independent activity and remain free to accept missions that match your expertise, availability, and desires.

When you accept a mission, you commit to the agreed pace for its duration. The context, responsibilities, estimated workload, and collaboration conditions are presented to you before your decision.

The collaboration is carried out mainly remotely. Remuneration is defined on the basis of an ADR (Average Daily Rate) agreed upon together.

Applications are reviewed year-round, even when no immediate opportunity matches your availability.

This collaboration will suit you if…

  • you like to understand a business process before configuring a CRM

  • you want to advise as much as to build

  • you are comfortable managing your interactions directly with clients

  • you know how to challenge existing practices with pedagogy

  • you prefer to deliver progressively and gather feedback quickly

  • you value data quality and governance

  • you consider documentation, training, and adoption to be part of the project

  • you appreciate autonomy while being able to collaborate with other experts

  • you know how to recognize when Attio is not the best solution

It will suit you less if you are only looking for a strategy mission without execution, configurations to run without understanding the context, a completely fixed set of specifications, or a guaranteed volume of missions.
