Do you know how to transform complex business processes into simple, reliable Airtable systems that are genuinely adopted by teams?

HyperOps is looking for experienced Airtable experts capable of advising clients, designing robust solutions, and directly managing their implementations, from the first workshop right through to deployment.

Your role at HyperOps

You will act as an Airtable consultant-builder for our clients: the person who understands and advises the client is also the one who designs and develops the solution.

Depending on the missions, you will be able to:

  • lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end system

  • support a team that is building its own solution

  • evolve an existing architecture

  • intervene occasionally on a complex issue

For development projects, the objectives, business scope, and main deliverables are defined before your intervention. You then deepen your understanding of the client's operations, organize priorities, and progressively build the solution with the future users.

You therefore do not receive a simple list of features to execute. We expect you to understand the need, challenge requests, and recommend the most relevant solution.

The missions you will be able to work on

HyperOps projects mainly involve the structuring of sales, projects, and operations:

  • design or redesign of Airtable CRMs

  • project management and client delivery tools

  • business tools tailored to company processes

  • tracking of production, orders, interventions, or campaigns

  • Airtable Interfaces and user-dedicated spaces

  • native automations and integrations with other tools

  • audit, optimization, and migration of existing databases

  • consulting, architecture review, and team support

When the project requires other skills, you can collaborate with our Automation & AI experts, our Attio & RevOps specialists, or our Head of Design.

What you will actually do

Depending on your role on the project, you may be required to:

  • facilitate workshops directly with the client and their teams

  • understand existing processes and identify pain points

  • structure and prioritize needs throughout the discussions

  • design the data model, interfaces, and automations

  • regularly present working versions

  • gather feedback and progressively evolve the solution

  • test the system under conditions close to real-world usage

  • document functional and technical components

  • train users and the internal point of contact

  • support deployment and handle the planned bug tracking

You must be as comfortable with client relations as you are with Airtable.

The profile we are looking for

You have already led at least three Airtable projects put into production and used by real teams, including at least one project handled from end to end: understanding the need, design, deployment, documentation, and training.

In particular, you have mastered:

  • relational modeling

  • formulas, lookups, and rollups

  • Airtable Interfaces

  • native automations and scripts

  • forms and access rights

  • data imports, synchronizations, and migrations

  • the main technical and pricing limitations of Airtable

Beyond the tool, you know how to understand a business process, explain your decisions, and propose trade-offs accessible to non-technical interlocutors.

You are autonomous, reliable, and transparent about your progress. You value testing, documentation, handover, and user adoption.

Certification and achievements

Airtable certification is appreciated, but it is not mandatory.

We place more importance on the quality of your achievements, your reasoning, and your ability to directly support clients.

You can present your experiences in a form compatible with your confidentiality commitments: anonymized screenshots, demonstration, video, architecture diagram, case study, or demo base.

Skills that are a plus

  • experience in consulting, operations, or project management

  • proficiency in Make, n8n, and APIs

  • experience migrating from Excel, Notion, Monday, or other tools

  • an eye for interface design and user experience

  • the ability to produce educational content or share your expertise

  • a good understanding of AI uses applied to business processes

We are not looking for a profile that can do everything. Above all, we are looking for an excellent Airtable expert, capable of recognizing when another skill needs to be brought in.

Why join HyperOps?

HyperOps takes care of client acquisition, qualification of opportunities, and the contractual framework of missions. This allows you to devote more time to your expertise and the success of projects.

You work directly with clients, without multiplying intermediaries between understanding the need and execution.

You also join a team of specialists with whom you can collaborate, share your practices, and challenge certain technical decisions. Optional exchange sessions are regularly offered among experts to discuss issues encountered on projects and collectively improve the quality of deliverables.

A collaboration tailored to your activity

You maintain your independent activity and remain free to accept missions that match your expertise, availability, and desires.

When you accept a mission, you commit to the agreed pace for its duration. The context, responsibilities, estimated workload, and collaboration terms are presented to you before your decision. The collaboration takes place mainly remotely. Compensation is defined based on an ADR agreed upon together.

Applications are reviewed year-round, even when no immediate opportunity matches your availability.

This collaboration will suit you if…

  • you like to understand a business before building

  • you want to advise as much as build

  • you are comfortable managing your interactions directly with clients

  • you prefer to deliver progressively and gather feedback quickly

  • you consider testing, documentation, and training to be part of the project

  • you appreciate autonomy while being able to discuss with other experts

  • you know how to recognize when Airtable is not the best solution

It will suit you less if you are only looking for technical tickets to execute, a fully frozen specification, or a guaranteed volume of missions.
