HyperOps is looking for experts capable of understanding business operations, designing the appropriate architecture, and deploying automations that integrate APIs, code, or artificial intelligence when it delivers concrete value.

Your role at HyperOps


You act as an Automation & AI consultant-builder for our clients: the person who understands and challenges the need is also the one who designs, develops, and secures the solution.


Depending on the mission, you will be able to:

  • steer the design and deployment of end-to-end automation

  • support a team that is building or evolving its own workflows

  • audit and improve the reliability of existing automations

  • connect multiple tools around a business process

  • develop a script or a specific integration

  • integrate AI into a workflow when its use is relevant

  • intervene occasionally on a complex technical issue


We are not looking for someone who mechanically automates every request. We expect you to understand the process, identify what needs to be simplified, and recommend the most reliable solution.


Successful automation is not just about working during a demo. It must handle errors, edge cases, data quality, and future evolutions.


On implementation projects, the objectives, business scope, and main deliverables are defined before your intervention. You then deepen your understanding of how the client works, organize priorities, and progressively deploy the solution with the future users.

The missions you will be able to work on


HyperOps projects mainly concern the automation of sales, projects, delivery, and operations:

  • qualification and routing of incoming requests

  • enrichment, cleaning, and synchronization of data

  • creation or update of opportunities in a CRM

  • generation of quotes, contracts, invoices, or business documents

  • automation of follow-ups and reminders

  • meeting preparation and minutes generation

  • triggering onboarding processes after a sale

  • synchronization between CRM, business tools, messaging, and financial software

  • data extraction and structuring from documents

  • classification, synthesis, or analysis of content with AI

  • creation of internal assistants connected to company data

  • development of scripts and specific integrations

  • audit, optimization, and recovery of existing automations

  • setting up error tracking, alerts, and recovery mechanisms


When the project requires other skills, you can collaborate with our Airtable experts, our Attio & RevOps specialists, or our Head of Design.

What you will do in practice


Depending on your role in the mission, you may be required to:

  • facilitate workshops directly with the client and their teams

  • identify manual tasks, duplicates, and friction points

  • distinguish deterministic rules from steps that can benefit from AI

  • define the technical architecture and data flows

  • configure scenarios on Make, n8n, or other platforms

  • connect APIs and manage their authentication mechanisms

  • develop scripts in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Apps Script

  • design the necessary prompts and structured outputs

  • integrate human validations when the level of confidence requires it

  • manage errors, rate limits, API limits, and retry mechanisms

  • prevent duplicates and ensure the idempotency of processes

  • set up logs, alerts, and monitoring mechanisms

  • test happy paths and edge cases

  • document flows, dependencies, and maintenance procedures

  • train the client in using and monitoring the solution

  • support the deployment and ensure the planned corrective follow-up


You must be as comfortable understanding a business process as you are designing its technical architecture.

The profile we are looking for


You have already led at least three automation or integration projects that have been put into production and are used by real teams.


Among these experiences, you have already taken charge of:

  • at least one end-to-end project, from understanding the need to deployment

  • at least one integration based on an API, a webhook, or custom code

  • at least one workflow integrating AI into a real business process


You know how to assess the risks of an automation, explain its limitations, and recognize situations where a manual step remains preferable. You place as much importance on reliability, testing, and maintenance as you do on build speed.

Training and Achievements

Make, n8n, OpenAI, or other tool-related certifications are appreciated, but they are not mandatory.


We place more importance on the quality of your achievements, your reasoning, and your ability to explain your technical choices.


You will be able to present your experiences in a format compatible with your confidentiality commitments: anonymized screenshots, video, architecture diagram, log extracts, demonstration, or case study.

Skills that are a plus


  • mastery of Airtable or Attio

  • mastery of Python, SQL or a cloud environment

  • experience with OCR and document processing

  • knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures

  • skills in security, access management and data protection

  • experience with AI agents and tool calling

  • sensitivity to user experience

  • the ability to produce educational content or share your expertise


We are not looking for a profile capable of mastering all technologies. Above all, we are looking for an excellent automation expert, capable of choosing a reasonable architecture and calling upon another skill when it becomes necessary.

You maintain your independent activity and remain free to accept missions that match your expertise, availability, and desires.


When you accept a mission, you commit to the agreed pace for its duration. The context, responsibilities, estimated workload, and collaboration conditions are presented to you before your decision.


The collaboration is carried out mainly remotely. Remuneration is defined on the basis of an ADR (Average Daily Rate) agreed upon together.


Applications are reviewed year-round, even when no immediate opportunity matches your availability.
